HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We are happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders within Canada and FREE shipping over $150 to the United States. 

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?

Yes! We’re a proudly Canadian company!

DO YOU SHIP TO THE US?

Absolutely. Just be aware that we don't cover any additional taxes or duties that may occur.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA?

Anything is possible! Email us at info@sophiegrace.ca and we will see what we can do.

ORDER PROCESSING

After placing your order online you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a second email to confirm shipping. We typically ship orders twice a week. Monday and Thursday 

RETURNS

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Not for you? We are disappointed too.

We will gladly accept your return within 30 days of date shipped. Heads up: 30 days = from the date your order shipped.

Product must be in new, unused condition with all the original SophieGrace tags. Returns that don’t meet the above won’t be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers.

We are happy to offer free exchanges and returns will be refunded less the cost of shipping.

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?

Pretty straightforward, your refund will be credited to your original payment method.

*Please note it may take up to a week for our warehouse to receive and process your refund. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed. Your refund will show up on your credit card within 3 days.
