HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We are happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders to Canada and the US. For International destinations outside Canada and USA we charge a flat rate of $20 CAD.

 

DO YOU SHIP IN CANADA?

Yes! We’re a proudly Canadian company!

DO YOU SHIP TO THE US?

Absolutely. Be aware that we don't cover any additional taxes or duties that may occur.

You will be quoted a timeframe window at checkout based on the shipping service selected, but note that THIS IS AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT and there is a small chance it could be held up in processing with customs at the border. If you need your order in less than one week, please contact us directly at info@sophiegrace.ca.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA?

We sure do! You will be charged a flat $20 CAD fee for international destinations.

WHAT ARE DELIVERY TIMES LIKE?

When checking out, you may choose free shipping or expedited shipping for an additional charge. If you choose free shipping you can expect the following:

Within Canada: 2-5 business days

To USA: 5-10 business days

Other International Destinations: Up to 4 weeks

ORDER PROCESSING

After placing your order online you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a second email to confirm shipping as well as a link to track your delivery. We typically ship orders Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. 

RETURNS

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Not for you? We are disappointed too.

WITHIN 30 DAYS

We will gladly accept your return within 30 days of when your order shipped out to you.

IN PERFECT CONDITION

Products must be in new, never worn, unsoiled and undamaged condition. Products that don’t meet these criteria will not be refunded.  Once we have received and reviewed your return to our satisfaction, your refund will be issued.

FREE EXCHANGES

We want to make it easy for you to get the right product for you as quickly as possible. Visit our return portal and you'll receive a pre-paid return label. As soon as we receive your items in perfect condition, we'll swap it out for the new substitute and get it out to you right away.

EASY RETURNS

Visit our return portal to process your return. You will receive a pre-paid return label. Once your items make their way back to us, you will be issued a refund or store credit as per your request. If you wish to receive store credit for future shopping, you'll receive the full amount paid in a digital gift card. If you wish to receive a refund to your original payment, we will deduct the cost of the return label from your refund. Once we have received and reviewed your return to our satisfaction (new, unused, unsoiled condition), your net refund will be issued.

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?

Pretty straightforward, your net refund (product cost less return shipping cost) will be credited to your original payment method once your return has been physically received and reviewed by our team. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if product has been worn, soiled or damaged.
