Products

We have two great tools to help you answer your fit questions.

1. On each product page we have the garment measurements listed. Note these are the measurements of the item, and not of your body. Select based on what most closely resembles your measurement combination and fit preferences.

2. Get expert advice by booking a complimentary virtual or in person styling appointments with our stylist Carl by clicking here.

100%! We are a new(ish) company and we have plans to extend our sizing to include Petite, Tall and more Plus Sizing. We will be starting expanded sizing with our bestsellers.

We are also in the process of designing products for different body types as well - because different styles often flatter different body types. (For example - we are creating a double breasted blazer that will have more room to accommodate a larger chest).

Our line is produced in both Canada and China. We collaborate with a trusted partner in Hong Kong to maintain the highest standards for each piece. We're always striving to improve and ensure that our manufacturing aligns with our commitment to both product excellence and ethical values.

If the product is currently sold out and has a "Notify Me When Back in Stock" button on the page, that item will be restocked.

We create our products in small batches, and not every product will be restocked. For more information on specific restock times, reach out at info@sophiegrace.ca

We do not offer price adjustments on any order or item. We only offer sales for a limited time, so by buying early, you ensure you get the style in the colour and size you want.

Ordering

Discounts automatically applied at checkout cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.

Shipping

Did you order something on Pre-Order? If you check our website, it will tell you the expected ship date on the product page.

If it is not on pre-order, reach out to info@sophiegrace.ca for more information.

We use Canada Post and USPS for shipping, so if you are in a condo, office, or a neighbourhood with a community mailbox, this is where you will find it, securely waiting for you - not at your doorstep.

All orders take 1-3 business days to be fulfilled. After the order is shipped by our team, exact shipping times are determined by which shipping option you chose at checkout, and by the shipping couriers themselves.
We recommend reaching out to the shipping courier (Canada Post, FedEx, etc.) directly for more information on shipping times.

When your pre-order item arrives at our warehouse, we will ship it within 1-3 business days. We try our best to present the most accurate expected ship date for each pre-order item which is displayed on the product, order, and checkout pages - however, pre-order expected ship dates are subject to change. If you would like an update on your pre-order, please contact our Customer Service team - info@sophiegrace.ca

Returns/Exchanges

Please follow link below to our Return Portal to process the return/exchange. Once that’s been done, you’ll receive a shipping label to print off and bring with you to the post office. If you can reuse the pack we sent the product in, that’s great! If not, a similar mailer or bubble envelope will do. Once the pack is received and reviewed by our team, your refund, store credit, or exchange order will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if product is not received in perfect condition (worn, soiled, washed, damaged).

Yes you can! We offer a one time complimentary exchange or return for store credit, at no additional cost. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the date that your product is shipped. Items must be returned clean, unworn, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached.

While we offer free shipping to get the product in your hands, we do not cover the cost to get the item back to us in the case of a return to original payment. We pass along the rates charged to us by Canada Post for the return label. Once the pack is scanned in at the post office, we’ll send out the replacement or issue your refund or store credit. 

If your order arrived defective or damaged in any way, contact info@sophiegrace.ca with photos of the issue and we will process a return or exchange at no cost.

During our major sale events (e.g., Seasonal sale, Black Friday sale), purchases are eligible for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only. Items marked down are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or credited. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues.

We understand that buying Final Sale items is a commitment, so if you have any questions about the style, please reach out to our Customer Service team before placing your order.

Discount codes and bundle discounts will be applied only when exchanging for the same item in a different size or color. Discount codes and bundle discounts cannot be applied when selecting new items, and are only applicable to the initial purchase. Please note that items can only be exchanged one time to be eligible for our free exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item after trying it twice, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
