The blue colour is beautiful, but the sizing is off. I had three coworkers try it on. Two of them said before even trying it on, that is not a 16. The coworker, that it did fit is between a 10 and 12. Even the coworker that was a size 12 normally, was not able to even come close to zipping it up. I knew when buying it, it may be a little tight (loosing weight) but it is not even close to a 16. I am so annoyed by the response I have got from this company.

I can see that we do note on the product page for this particular style that the "fabric is non stretch so follow bust measurement to pick your best size. If unsure, size up.". There is also a dedicated size chart included on the product page with specific garment measurements for each size. We do understand that it is a commitment purchasing a Final Sale item that cannot be returned, and we are sure to communicate these terms very clearly during the checkout process. I can certainly share your feedback on sizing with the product team. All brands are different, and all bodies are different - so it's important to double check those size charts (especially for Final Sale items) to make sure that the specific measurements of the garment are going to work for you.

The blue colour is beautiful and the details are thoughtful. After consulting the size guide, I ordered a size 16, which in most retail store sizes is one up from my usual. I didn’t even get close to closing it over my bust. I’m giving 3 stars because I’m annoyed by the irony of a company that would design a top with such a smart feature as the hidden zipper to eliminate gapping- a common problem for larger busted women when wearing button downs— but then to size it in such an exclusionary way, It’s an entirely boring design choice that’s bad for business.
